Are You Compliant with Amazon’s Terms of Service

GETIDA aims to be 100%  compliant with Amazon’s Terms of Service.

Amazon’s TOS outlines a few requirements for our industry. Here are a few of their requirements:

  1. Do Not File Automatically
  2. Do Not File Premature or Expired Claims
  3. Do Not File Poorly Researched Claims
  4. Do Not File Too Many Claims at Once

Do Not File Automatically:
We have dedicated case managers who file claims on your behalf.

Do Not File Premature or Expired Claims:
We only file after 45 days from the day we discovered a discrepancy. Some claims we can file as early as 30 days, but we are aware never to file too early. We allow Amazon to identify and reimburse your claim before we file. We never file a claim past due for filing.

Do Not File Poorly Researched Claims:
Our claims are filed with all the requisite details in order to maintain the highest positive response possible.

Do Not File Too Many Claims at Once:
Depending on the client size, we have identified and confirmed at what rate and quantity claims can be dripped into the system.
